Mall Walkers’ Exercise Day

The L.A. Fitness comes to the Hemet Valley Mall every Wednesday morning from 8:30am to 9:00am to conduct a 30 minute exercise session for free. The public is welcome to join our mall walkers in this great program. Stretching, upper and lower body exercises and fitness advise are available. We provide chairs for those who prefer to exercise seated. Come join us and get a healthy start to your day at the Hemet Valley Mall.

Mondays from 8:30am to 9:00am at the Sears Atrium, free Chi Kung exercises are conducted by Ford Edwards, owner of Little Tao Dragon Martial & Healing Arts. Chi Kung is the precurser of Tai Chi. This form of exercise benefits breathing, circulation and general well-bing. Come join us every Monday from 8:30am to 9:00am at the Atrium.
