Mondays from 8:30am to 9:00am at the West Wing, free Chi Kung exercises are conducted by Ford Edwards, owner of Little Tao Dragon Martial & Healing Arts. Chi Kung is the precursor of Tai Chi. The Good Time Wood Carvers come to the mall every Wednesday morning from 9am to 11am at the Sears Atrium. Come visit and learn about this interesting craft. See carvers use their specialized tools and artistry in creating their pieces of art. The Good Time Wood Carvers is a non-profit organization open for new members.
