Mall Walkers’ Exercise Day

The L.A. Fitness comes to the Hemet Valley Mall every Wednesday morning from 8:30am to 9:00am to conduct a 30 minute exercise session for free. The public is welcome to join our mall walkers in this great program. Stretching, upper and lower body exercises and fitness advise are available. We provide chairs for those who prefer to exercise seated. Come join us and get a healthy start to your day at the Hemet Valley Mall.
Kids Craft May 14

Join us for ceramic painting on May 14. Kids craft offers the free craft and refreshments from 2pm to 4pm, in Center Court. ‘All Fired Up’, a great local ceramic shop is providing all the assistance you need to complete your project. 
Owner Pat Reith will personally guide your creative talents in designing your piece. All finished pieces will be fired in her shop and will be available for pick up at her shop in Esplanade, no charge. Join us at Kids Craft for this fun project on Saturday May 14, 2011.

Mondays from 8:30am to 9:00am at the Sears Atrium, free Chi Kung exercises are conducted by Ford Edwards, owner of Little Tao Dragon Martial & Healing Arts. Chi Kung is the precurser of Tai Chi. This form of exercise benefits breathing, circulation and general well-bing. Come join us every Monday from 8:30am to 9:00am at the Atrium.

Know Limits Teen Health Challenge Fair May 7

On Saturday May 7, the annual ‘Know Limits Teen Health Challenge’ Fair returns to the Hemet Valley Mall. This year will feature a Dance Off, with performances from various dancers. Play It More Productions will provide Dj services. We’ll have a scavenger hunt, a rock wall, and several non-profit organizations exhibiting inside the mall. This fair will bring the return of the popular band – ‘Fair’, and ‘Common Ground’ our featured rap artist. Dance performances begin at 2pm. Interested participants may sign up now till before 2pm that day with Jana Anderson of MFI Recovery at their table by the mall’s rear entrance.
