Mondays from 8:30am to 9:00am at the West Wing, free Chi Kung exercises are conducted by Ford Edwards, owner of Little Tao Dragon Martial & Healing Arts.  Chi Kung is the precurser of Tai Chi.  This form of exercise benefits breathing, circulation and general well-bing.  Come join us every Monday from 8:30am to 9:00am at the West Wing.
